These Nail Making Machines are designed to produce both standard nails and nails of special shapes (twisted nails, roofing nails, U-type nails, as well as nails for concrete, linoleum, with double cap, nails used in nailers (pneumatic pistols for nailing) and others) Nail Making Machine R94-series is simple and reliable in operation and provides high performance, low noise and minimal vibration.
Nailing machine is a high-speed electromechanical machine of high-performance horizontal action and low noise threshold.
The Nail Making Machine has a metal frame with a common horizontal plate, which serves as a reliable basis for special equipment, such as:

- Wire unwinder

- Roller straightener for wire alignment
- Feeding mechanism for feeding the wire to chipping knives area

- Anti-slip hammer for knurled hats
- Electrical control system with a push-button console, which is located on the frame of the nailing machine
