Three axis can operate as a high-speed single-step equipment or synchronously with other machines.
Computer interface is available in Chinese and English – this makes the operation much easier.
Spring Coiling Machine is equipped with right and left-handed winding blade rest.
The equipment allows making samples using a hand wheel.

The Spring Coiling Machine is controlled with five axis: wire feed axis, cam axis, up -cut blade axis, down-cut blade axis and pitch axis.
The five axis can work single-step or synchronously.

This Spring Coiling Machine has a Camless design, it has no pendulum arm but has an independent servo motor drive. Multiaxis can be changed freely.
Slider structure is designed by straight line guide rail, modularization and free adjustment of the curve groove is available.
Hook station and hydraulic cutting can be set up for option on sliders.
