Equipment for rolling threads on thin products with nonstandard profile is equipped with a specially designed feeding system and orientation of the blanks, which operates on the principle of free blank fall along the ramp, which ensures the stability and quality of the thread cutting.
Equipment is widely used for thin products, non-standard steel products and other materials, usually stainless steel, copper, aluminum and others. The equipment is completed with a pneumatic feeder and blank clamping. Parts guiding the blank to the cutting zone, including tools (taps), are stationary and fixed, while the blank turns during operation of the equipment.
This principle of operation of the machine ensures the best possible threading without waste. The spindle is able to work non-stop that increases the productivity of the machine. The equipment is completed with a counter of finished products and light events indication. There are two modes of acceleration of threading.
