Control of the position of the test fasteners is performed by means of servomotors. Tests the hardware of complex shapes and small size: the screws for the production of electronics, washers, passive elements.
RSG-1500 SERIES
- Transparent glass discs are ideal for articles that may be placed on a flat surface to be scanned.
- Equipment carefully checks the surface of the screw thread.
- The space under the sight glass disc is equipped with additional optical camera for more accurate diagnosis.
- The speed of diagnosis is 400-1000 units per minute (depending on the individual case).
