ALLOY PLATING CHEMICALS

Alloys electrodeposition is one of the effective methods to improve the functional properties of electroplating. When co-deposition of two, three or more metals in the form of their alloys can produce coatings with high anticorrosive and decorative properties, with higher hardness, wear resistance, thermal stability and other parameters, compared with standard metal coating.

At present there are dozens of alloys electrodeposition processes based on different metals. Two of the promising alloys are tin-zinc and tin-copper alloys as a replacement of electroplating alloys based on heavy metals (lead and cadmium), as for the corrosion-protective properties they are as good as the latter.

Chemical agent for white tin-copper alloy plating (white bronze) WCS-300 Series

Chemical composition:

Potash salt

Sodium salt

Specification: white copper-tin alloy plating technology provides silver light layer electroplating. Galvanic coating is soft and has good ability to pour the surface, even more toughness and a good antiseptic resistance. This technology can directly electroplate zinc, copper or copper alloy. This technology is the latest technology to protect the environment. In its additives there is no nickel. Reference properties are good. Galvanized coatings passed the examination of the relevant regulations of the European Union. White bronze coatings are used mainly to protect against corrosion of steel products for decorative purposes, instead of nickel, as well as for the replacement of silver in the galvanic coating of some contact types.
